4VIP.fans is committed to preventing, detecting, and reporting human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, and abuse. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any activity that involves exploitation, trafficking, forced participation, or abuse.

This Policy applies to all Users, including Creators, Subscribers, agents, contractors, and third-party representatives.

1. Zero-Tolerance Statement

The Platform strictly prohibits:

  • Human trafficking

  • Sex trafficking

  • Forced labor

  • Coercion

  • Exploitation of vulnerable individuals

  • Commercial sexual exploitation of minors

  • Any form of non-consensual sexual conduct

Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities where required.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Recruit, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, or solicit individuals for exploitative purposes

  • Post or distribute content involving force, fraud, or coercion

  • Impersonate or control accounts on behalf of a person without lawful authorization

  • Use threats, intimidation, debt bondage, or dependency to compel participation

  • Facilitate trafficking through messaging or external arrangements

  • Engage in “escort-style” solicitation or off-platform prostitution arrangements

  • Advertise sexual services involving third parties not verified through the Platform

3. Age Verification & Minor Protection

The Platform requires:

  • Government-issued ID verification for all Creators

  • Biometric or liveness verification where applicable

  • 18+ age confirmation before publishing explicit content

Any suspected minor exploitation triggers:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Internal investigation

  • Mandatory reporting where legally required

4. Coercion & Exploitation Detection Measures

We implement proactive safeguards including:

  • AI-assisted content review

  • Manual moderation

  • Behavioral anomaly detection

  • Chargeback and fraud pattern monitoring

  • Co-performer verification requirements

  • User reporting mechanisms

Moderators are trained to flag:

  • Signs of coercion

  • Signs of third-party control

  • Unusual financial withdrawal patterns

  • Inconsistent ID documentation

  • Reports from concerned third parties

5. Reporting Mechanisms

Users may report suspected trafficking or exploitation via:

If credible evidence of trafficking or exploitation exists, the Company may:

  • Suspend accounts immediately

  • Preserve evidence

  • Cooperate with law enforcement

  • Provide legally required disclosures

6. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with:

  • Federal, state, and local law enforcement

  • Regulatory agencies

  • Payment processors and financial institutions

  • Anti-trafficking task forces

Where legally required or appropriate to prevent harm, we may disclose relevant information.

7. Third-Party Management & Chatters

Creators who use managers, chatters, or agencies remain fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring no coercion exists

  • Ensuring voluntary participation

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws

The Platform prohibits agencies or representatives from controlling accounts through coercion, threats, or exploitation.

8. Account Termination & Earnings Forfeiture

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate accounts immediately

  • Freeze or withhold funds

  • Refund affected transactions

  • Permanently ban associated accounts

  • Notify payment processors

Such actions may occur without prior notice when necessary to mitigate risk.

9. Training & Compliance

The Company maintains:

  • Moderator training on trafficking indicators

  • Escalation procedures

  • Quarterly compliance review

  • Payment processor risk monitoring

10. No Tolerance for Off-Platform Solicitation

The Platform may not be used to:

  • Arrange in-person sexual services

  • Facilitate escorting

  • Solicit prostitution

  • Recruit individuals for third-party exploitation

Any such use results in immediate termination.

11. Good-Faith Reporting Protection

Users who report suspected trafficking in good faith will not face retaliation.

12. Legal Compliance

This Policy is intended to comply with:

  • U.S. federal anti-trafficking laws

  • FOSTA/SESTA

  • Visa & Mastercard adult content monitoring requirements

  • Applicable state laws
