This Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Subscriber,” “Fan”) and 4vip.fan LLC (“Company,” “4VIP.fans”).

By registering for or using the Platform as a Subscriber, you agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and all incorporated policies.

1. Eligibility & Age Confirmation

Subscriber represents and warrants that:

1. Subscriber is at least 18 years old;

2. Subscriber has legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and

3. Accessing adult content is legal in Subscriber’s jurisdiction.

   
   

2. Entertainment-Only Disclosure (CRITICAL)

Subscriber expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

• All Creator Interactions are provided solely for entertainment purposes;

• Creators may communicate personally or through authorized representatives, assistants, agencies, chat managers, or automated tools;

• The Company does not guarantee that any message, response, or interaction originates from a Creator personally.

Subscriber waives any claim based on assumptions of personal, romantic, emotional, exclusive, or direct communication with a Creator.

3. Payments, Renewals & Refunds

1. Payments are processed by third-party processors, including CCBill.

2. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. All sales are final except where required by law or payment processor rules.

4. Unjustified chargebacks or refund abuse may result in account suspension or termination.

   
   

4. Wallet Credits

If offered, Subscriber acknowledges that:

• Wallet Credits have no cash value;

• Wallet Credits are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law;

• No interest accrues;

• Credits may be subject to balance limits and usage restrictions.

  
  

5. No Relationship or Guarantee

Subscriber acknowledges:

• No agency, partnership, dating relationship, or fiduciary duty is created;

• The Company is not a party to any Creator–Subscriber contract;

• No earnings, access, interaction frequency, or outcome is guaranteed.

  
  

6. Account Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate Subscriber accounts to:

• enforce Platform rules;

• address fraud or chargeback risk;

• comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where mandatory local law applies.
